In the "the diner" and "Hollywood" episode when Peppa see miss rabbit she says that "another miss rabbit" then miss rabit says "yes there are alot of us around" so Yes you are right she would be having so many sister but because they all are rabbit that's why all of them are called "Mrs. Rabbit" and there real names would not be mentioned (for example: Peppa pig, Suzie sheep, Pedro pony, etc)

Yeah, but this is why they don’t explain the show and These are just more theories that you’re coming up with again because of like trying to solve more mysteries like a bunch of other mysteries and different creepy theories, like the good creepy theories that have something to do with the creepy stories yes but like in a good way, not in a bad way this time that’s like so scary that this would ruin your childhood for like good that it would be like you shot me with a gun like imagine that and then you stabbed me over and over with like a sword kind of like one of those things usually those theories hurt like another one where they say like more theories about Blue’s Clues though
