Tippin you've figured it out by now but what works for me, try for soft boiled 3 min from when the water starts to boil (not just lightly bubbling) or drop in already boiling for 5

I'm from the US and I really want to try this fish that y'all want so bad that you risk entering croc infest waters for them. I mean, it's gotta be the best fish on the planet! Good on you though for making the video because they are all fantastic!
