Military Nursing service Pros and Cons Pros 1. free education free accommodation free food 2. Good salary 3 become officer 4 get officer benefits like canteen and quotas Cons 1. no freedom u cannot go out or leave as much u wish for 2 . More stressful 3. Not a comfortable working environments, toxicity 4. Family lyf👎 5. U may get officer benefits but not officer respect . 6. Punishments no matter how experienced you are from your seniors 7. Quarters only after u get married, till then u have to reside in officers mess So dear aspirants life is stressful as a military officer . You may make a lot of money . But you will not get time to spend it rightly or spend with your family . You will get very less opportunities to enjoy the places even though you are travelling A lot. Military nurses need to be mentally healthy and many more probs . But money and social respect is more for you than your happiness and free time u can opt for military nursing ✌️

The starting salary of the MNS is 56,200 this the the salary for the lieutenants as your working year increases with the promotion of the rank you salary increases sometimes it depends on the area where you are getting posted on the other hand for civilian nurses salary depend on the hospital under which you are working.
