Adana Pastry Ingredients:
16 pieces of baklava dough
2 regular phyllo dough.
For the Sauce:
200 g butter.
2 eggs
1 glass of water Milk.
Between:
Cheddar cheese.
Cecil cheese.
Ingredients for Water Pastry with Noodles in a Pan:
2.5 cups of noodles.
2 eggs
Salt
Olive oil.
2 spoonful butter.
Between: Chechil cheese.
Bearded Poga Ingredients:
1 glass of warm milk
Half a glass of warm water.
1 pack of yeast
3 tablespoons of sugar.
Half a tea glass of oil
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of butter.
5-6 cups of flour.
Let's ferment the dough for 45 minutes.
Let's leave the meringues in a tray for 15 minutes.
Let's put 2 egg yolks on it and send it to the preheated oven at 190 degrees.
For the Inside:
200 g labneh cheese
100 g strained yoghurt.
For Topping:
Parsley
Cheddar cheese
