I have been laid up due to a genetic spine defect and know all too well how it takes some getting used. Be strong through your faith. He will sustain you. Believe in your good works, Olivia. They have helped many people. I first found you at my lowest point (3-4yrs ago). Through you I rediscovered my love of creating. Thank you for that. It opened a new world of existence for me. Another avenue I should say. Although I can’t create as often as I’d like, I find I enjoy it tenfold when I do. Love u so much Olivia. U wrote me a very kind loving note when I broke my ankle 4 years ago. I am sad u r going through this. Surgery was right for my case. I rarely have oroblems with that ankle. I forget it happened bc it healed so well. Waiting for healing can be very difficult & frustrating. It is not like the flu, gone in a few days. It is ok to do less than u used to do. Sweet Olivia, So sorry about your ankle. Prayers that the boot will avoid the surgery, but you MUST rest and relax for it to recover and heal. Try not to overdo it while healing. I'm sure that's tough for you, but we all need a break once in awhile. (No pun intended)! 😁 Snuggle up with Benji and a throw during this time. Journal, read, look at magazines, watch TV, etc. It was 60 degrees today, but back to the 30's/40's on the weekend. Brr!! I know the Midwest has been getting a lot of snow. I pray 🙏🏻 that your ankle heals quickly w/o any surgery, but you most likely have a lot of PT. I had a stress FX and had to wear a walking boot and I also when I worked as a visiting nurse I left a clients home and tripped over sidewalk and had a ballerina FX that one summer (the whole summer) I was in a cast and then walking boot, booth I had to go through PT. Topiaries are so expensive in stores and to be able to make something like the first craft you showed to go on a porch or outdoor setting is fabulous! It can be customized however you would like to make it instead of being forced to buy something that doesn't fit one's aesthetic.
