If I won the lottery, I would immediately put a few million into a dividend portfolio and not touch it. You would get around 200k + a year in dividend income (thats before it's taxed) for doing nothing and just live off of that.

Honestly if I won the lottery I'm gonna be smart with it. Get a decent apartment first. Second, use it to learn how to drive pay bills and taxes and all that financial stuff. Third use it to learn how to drive and learn how to cook and bake my favorite foods. Fourth use it to upskill myself and get myself into a position to land a very high paying career and from there continue to add to the money so I never have to worry about going broke. And finally fifth set up at least 3 bank accounts. Bank account one is for paying the bills and all that. Bank account two is a savings account. Bank account three is for personal purchasing ie groceries and online shopping and all that
