I’m so sorry. I think most of us know how difficult it is to find a great doctor that we love who helps us and doesn’t treat us as just a number. I’ve been down that road more times than I’d like, especially after moving to a new town. And now with auto immune disease, I’ve seen 3 different rheumatologists, ugh! Then my husband had a DVT & PE 7yrs ago and saw this fantastic Hematology/ Oncology doc whom he loved, once stable he had to see him every 6mo. He went in for one of his routine 6mo visits and found out that the doc had passed away from stage 4 pancreatic ca. My husband was devastated because he saved his life and treated him with such kindness and compassion. My husband still has yet to find another doc to follow him that doesn’t have a God complex and/or rude. I pray that your doc will make it through this, it’s going to be a long road. I’m sending prayers for her.🙏🏻♥️

Kelly, you are right on target on the cancer care package. My Son received one during his fight. Someone had made a blanket and included it in the box. He was always cold and always had his blanket with him. There were tissues, chap stick, and some good cream for his skin. Also had some puzzle books and some warm socks. He so appreciated it. This is such a lovely idea.

What wonderful items for a cancer patients. I took my oldest sister to all of chemo treatments except for her last few ( I had to go out of town) for ovarian cancer the first round of cancer. I saw what was needed to tried to make sure she had. Made hats to cover her head but also some for their hat box. I loved everything you made. Hugs sweet lady.😊❤

My oldest brother just found out he has Prostate cancer. You have put together an amazing care package. Necessities that are needed that show Love and Care. I plan on, along with my artist ability, to gather these items for my brother. I lost another brother of mine to Colon cancer in 2020. He battled 9 years. I created a binder for him to keep his health history and meds and appointments in. Art is therapy for us while we team up and fight along side our Loved Ones. Thank you. I got a Cricket 2 for Christmas but it was defective, so they had me send it back for a replacement. When the replacement came it was a Cricket 3, like yours. I'm not very good at using it yet and I appreciate seeing all the things you did with it. I will keep them all in mind and will probably watch again as I learn more about it. Doing something like this for cancer patients is a really great idea.

Hi Kelly, this is great..I'm a survivor..also those containers you used for the candies, $ Tree has a 10pk $1.25..just snip the tab..you can also use a 2" cutter to make a decorative disk and maybe some beads to cover the white rim..I saw someone do them on yt with holiday candies inside..
