During electro-plating we are using battery to supply electrons but during electro less-plating we are using a chemical (reducing agent) to supply electrons without battery. Please watch again for this....

For example if you already plated with copper on iron, if you want again plate on that with gold, Yes you can but you need to change electrolyte.
