that nerd in the corner yeah, there is actually. I have anxiety. It causes me to shake my foot very quickly or sometimes rock around. With a spinner or a fidget cube, it distracts me and helps me cope using one. People who have Autism need stimulation to focus. If you research it online, you'll largely see the research of stimming helping.
