Thanks so much for this video! We homeschool and my rising junior is interested in food science as a possible college major. I have been struggling to find resources for him to study. These will be a huge help!

Thank you for sharing, I am an ice cream hobbyist and often read up on food science basics so i can try out different things, i was looking for a course, this is great.

No, so this should taste the same as regular milk but it does contain lactose! This maybe isn't the right milk for you if you're lactose intolerant. The reason lactose milk tastes different is that lactose is broken down into sweeter sugars named glucose and galactose.

This is a great idea everyone! I'll need to do some reading and research because my food science program didn't really use textbooks but I'm going to explore what's out there :)
