I think it didn't work because stream beam is a form of charge that doesn't work like a charge effect (consumes ammo as you hold the shoot button down until it reaches max charge is charge effect whereas it looked like the stream beam weapon didn't continue to consume ammo as the button was held down)

Use rock smelter or super mega expedition tool 4. Use extracting ray pistol or other charge shots effect 5. Win 300 parts just get it from events 6. Go to sky islands upgrade your fireworks to the level you are. There you go enjoy!
