There is no reason to hide the option choices. Some of these questions like Q3 cannot be solved without validating the values in the options.

For question 3 option choices were not visible till the end. We can't do the eliminations mentioned without seeing answer choices.

Mam i have a question. could Horizontal - (1100-1500) and Vertical - (800-1200) also be the answer in question 5?

The lowest 1BR yearly mean rent is 1060 which will not be covered with 1100 as the lower limit.

In question 4, why did we multiply the added smallest number to the larget number only? or why did we multiply at all?

In order to identify the minimum and maximum change, the smallest and the largest numbers are considered here. If we had picked any other set for example 101-92 = 9 and 101-90 = 11, then will would have come down to. 1. (3)(9)(5)(13)(10) = 17,550 2. (3)(8)(5)(13)(11) = 17,160 Compared to when the one explained in the video (53:47) please find below. 1. (3)(8)(5)(14)(10) = 16,800 (Least Impact) 2. (4)(8)(5)(13)(10) = 20,800 (Most impact) The reason why she multiplied only the numbers which were modified is because the other numbers remain unchanged in both the scenarios which will cancel out, just a way of faster calculation.
