I personally love the St. Regis. I have recently been researching the Seaport area and I think this will fit in so nicely to the area.

@@gullyswazz5349 It really is a great addition to the beautiful new part of Seaport right along the water. It is also the last residential-zoned lot in Seaport that is on the water, so any new condos / apartments to be built won't be built on the water!

It seems that they are not available on Realtor or Zillow

@@baldeepsingh104 Some of them are, but they don't list all their options. Raffles and Winthrop Center are not anywhere listed for the general public, but the others I mentioned have a couple listings online, but there's more available if you know who to ask ;)

As a kid growing up in Boston in the 1960's I saw the Prudential Tower going up at 750 feet in 1964, Now the skyline is booming, Winthrop square tower will be the 4th tallest at 691 feet. Keep your eye on South Station tower going up at 677 feet.

Two important points about Winthrop Center is that they are developing a very large outdoor public space with food vendors, a park/green space, and live music and such. The second and maybe more impprtant point to buyers is that they are keeping their association fees extremely competitive for a luxury building. Effective price per square foot of the association fee will be below their competition and you really will get a ton of amenities for the money.

What is your rating for the Ritz Carlton Residencies? There are some lovely condos in there.

The Ritz also has some beautiful condos! Ritz is a little older building and very high condo fees relative to the price you'll pay. They've got condos under $600k that have the same monthly HOA fees as $2 million condos in other nearby buildings (e.g Millennium tower, Millennium place, 45 Province)

You will find One Charles to be a better value and ownership experience. You are basically paying Marriott a high fee to license the use of their name. All the RC services cost extra including Equinox access.

All these new buildings are making Boston lose its historic appeal in my opinion.
