The real exam of a person starts after one got through the formal exam. Like ; how would you deal with public??? Will your behaviour be public friendly during your tenure as an officer ??? Will you be strong enough to dissuade or discourage corruption of any nature & by all means??? You will not be bow down to politics & politicians as an officers??? Would you have the courage to produce a spark of trust in the minds of public as an officer??? If you would meet all this with full courage only then the purpose of you being an officer will serve otherwise you will be one more officer who come & fail to give a befitting reply to crippled or flattened system. I congratulate you to get through this formal exam & wish you all the best for the real exam you have to face as an officer to change the fractured system to see a ray of hope.

MY QUESTION AS WELL AS ONE WISH IS... WHY THE YOUNG TALENTED YOUTH WHO HAVE QUALIFIED THE KAS, ARE NOT TAKING INITIATIVE TO OPEN OR START A COACHING FOR THOSE SERIOUS ASPIRANT WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT ON FAMOUS COACHING CENTERS. I MEAN A FREE KAS OR IAS COACHING CENTER FOR SERIOUS ONE...TO TRANSFORM THE YOUNG RESOURCE.. AS PER MY OPINION THERE SUD B.AND THOSE WHO QUALIFIED WILL B THE BEST MENTORS... Every year hundreds of Aspirant qualify it...so it's easy to contribute towards their society... And hopefully I wud b the ist one to join.....

Don't copy someones strategy make ur own.. It will help out. It is not neceassary to follow someones strategy it yields nothing because there are exceptions.. Study smart not hard.. And keep minimum stuff not a pile of books repeat the same books again and again.. First see previous papers then go accordingly..
