I was suffering from dandruff for the past three to four years. Honestly i don't remember a single day in these years, when those dandruff flakes didn't peep out after i wash and dry my hair. About a few months back i followed this regimen and TaDa!!! No more dandruff Trust me this is so effective If you like to apply oil , u can do it. I used to oil my hair, as it is horrendously frizzy 1)Selsun anti dandruff shampoo- Take a bit more than coin size of this shampoo, lather it and apply. Wait fro 5 minutes(time taken to play a song, just in case if u feel bored in bathroom) Wash it waith normal water 2)Now wash with your regular shampoo. This will remove all the dirt and gunk 3)Apply conditioner or deep conditioning mask according to your mood and choice. I did repeat tye process for about 6 times,on every third day of hairwash No more dandruff. Just to maintain, you can use this once in every two washes and reduce it to twice in a month
