I keep forgetting that you film a few of these workouts on the same day! You’re amazing! I find most of them difficult to keep up with but am trying to get better and improve! 💪

I love you so much Tom!! You are my inspiration! I started diving 2 years ago and I hurt my back but I can’t wait to get back to diving someday :)) watching u reminds me how great diving is and that hard work really does pay off 💙

I'm doing every 6 minute workout you've uploaded and until this one I have finished them all. this one however, was pretty intense lol but I'll keep working until I can finish it. You're amazing diver and a great guy too! You should do a video on exercises to be more flexible too.

I would love so much to see a video with you and Lance about fatherhood and baby Robbie. Like first diaper, feeding mishaps, waking up at ungodly hours... All kinds of stuff that new parents go through. I totally respect your decision not to show the baby but I'm sure you can talk about him. Also being both dads I think will be an inspiration to many other gay couples who maybe think about having children. I just want to hear if Robbie peed on one of you yet)))))

Hi Tom - are you using a particular app for the time keeping on these videos... sounds ridiculous, but the time keeping throughs me out of rhythm and makes my workout awkward...

I'm having difficulty finding a suitable ledge. I don't have a coffee table, my sofa and bed are cushioned, chairs seem to narrow for positioning the hands, my sturdy chairs are not of the same height, so I can't put them together, and the chairs that are of the same height move when I put weight on them.

Your wrists may not be used to the added weight or are over bending. Don't do it until the pain is gone, then try again with a sports wristband or athletic tapes
