This video was very helpful. im on my second trimester and I've been having shortness of breathe, and feeling very fatigued and weak. Doing this fast and simple exercise gave me a boost of energy. Will be doing this first thing everyday :) thank you!

Thank you for sharing 💕 I'm just about 6 weeks pregnant and im overweight but very thankful I haven't gained a pound since being pregnant, but I'm eating a lot. My doc recommended I start working out to lower the chances of C-section, so here I am.

Loved it!!! i´m a hardcore Blogilates fan and since I got pregant I stopped doing her videos for fear of them being too intense, so seeing and hearing Cassey again after 4 months was amazing!! Please @Blogilates do more of these videos for pregnant women!

I'm due July 15,2019. Blogilates has always helped to get my body back after baby. So it only makes sense to keep it going while I'm still pregnant. I love her!

@@rhondal8887 You may have to exclude or modify certain moves but yes it's still doable. It also depends on how far along you are.

You guys are amazing! One of the quickest and best pregnancy workouts. I did these for my first kid till my delivery and following again for my second child too. Please post more of these prenatal and postnatal short workout videos.

I was searching for prenatal pilates for sooo long. I was folowing Cassey ´s calendars, but obviously there are a lot of exercises, that I can´t do now. I am so glad that I find some video similar to blogilates and I can continue in my work outs :) Love you girls :)

Thank you for this video! I'll be 15 weeks pregnant on Saturday, and I haven't found something I like to stay fit during pregnancy. Walking gets annoying when it's too hot outside, so this is perfect!

Thank you so much for sharing this video. Its so short that I can easily squeeze it in a couple of times a day and I really feel it in my tired preggo muscles. Definitely will be continuing this throughout this pregnancy. :)

Some women get their armpits and neck darkened when they're pregnant... I noticed it on your jewellery video and asked my mum about it and she went through the same thing when she was expecting with me and my siblings.

With my last pregnacy, I had dark armpits. I was so embarrassed I didn't want to lift my arms in front of anybody. I stopped shaving with a razor blade and just tweezed them and it got better. Now I'm on my fourth pregnancy and I don't have dark armpits. I think using a razor blade makes it alot worse.

Ok, the last exercise, I can't do it, lol. My shoulders hurt too much, but they were sore to begin with, so I'll try again some other time. It's a great exercise regimen for a pregnant woman, though! I'm 21 weeks along, and my back hurts sooooo bad (preexisting scoliosis) and I sometimes can't walk because my sciatic nerve hurts too much, so I'm trying to help all that with better posture and exercise.

Jen is the same with my cousin, my cousins armpit, neck, legs and arm got so dark because of pregnancy. My cousin never got her flawless skin ever again! Wish jen's skin will bounce back after pregnancy

Haha well, I never had flawless skin to begin with so I'm just taking it as another ride on the roller coaster of life! It's okay to not have perfect skin but love your body for the process it's going through making a human. :)

Holy Cow, I tried to follow along with those arm exercises and good grief...I am so weak in my arms. I couldn't even do the last one after she had shown the exercise. Nonetheless, I think I found my go to arm exercise! Great video~ and now I'm gonna go subscribe to Cassey!

Maybe you want to start with prenatal stretches everymorning on your first trimester.. My wife was doing yoga and pilates almost everyday before pregnant and on her first month she got a terrible sickness but she did a little stretch everyday and felt better
