I have a question that you may be able to help with, but first I just want to say thank you for this channel. I've come across your channel just at the right time. Every video I've watched, I learnt from. This is a great service you're providing here. Very much appreciated. So, my question. Regarding trade marks, I found a return on a similar name, but the trademark is recorded as 'dead'. Does this mean that I am safe to use the name I want and go ahead and apply for a trademark myself?
