Quick question. When you open the lid and remove the filter, are there any plastic pieces that come in contact with the water? Is the holder for the filter plastic or steel?

Lol ikr haha! But I am so tempted to buy this for the aesthetic factor but crazy like 10x than the regular kettle lol. This is the prettiest electric kettle so far, no competition haha even the toaster.

The right hand button on the toaster is for bagels, not reheat. Reheat is on the dial. When set on bagels only one side of the elements comes on.
