Very nice looking indeed! Its interesting to find like minded people, I too had purchased a 2015 V60 Cross Country and loved it but two years later traded it for a V60 T6 AWD R Design Platinum! Like you I loved the car but just wanted the all the top features. I do have the lingering question of what will i do at the end of the lease, right now im not sure if ill buy the car or upgrade to the new V60 that was just unveiled, decisions decisions

There are advantages to not having a touch screen as well as disadvantages. The SPA cars have fingerprints all over the screen. It's just part of having a touch screen. And it's nice to have some buttons. The SPA cars have maybe 4 buttons on the console. Also, there's glare at times because they aren't as recessed as this one is. I love the SPA cars, but I'm not sure a touchscreen for everything is the best solutions. As far as being dated goes, that'll happen even in a new car as it goes into its 5th to 8th year of the model run. The XC90 was introduced in 2016 I believe so it no longer is fresh and all the other SPA cars have a similar interior. The new XC90 comes out in 2020. I don't worry about having the latest/greatest. This car has a digital screen and it is still a fairly modern car. The SPA cars will be dated in 2 years when the new XC90 is introduced. But, does that make them any less nice than they are? Or functional? The only thing I don't like about the car is the rear seat room and small trunk. Otherwise, to my POV, it is still clean and modern looking, just not the latest look. When you drive a 2002 s80 like I do, this looks modern, lol. And my 02 s80 looks a lot more modern than the 760 I had before it. But my 02 s80 T6 drives really well. I will miss the 6 when I replace it with a Volvo that has this Drive E engine.

I've had my 2018 Dynamic since October and really like it. The auto start/stop is annoying, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Can you disable the start/stop permanently?

There is a button to disable the start/stop but it has to be pushed every time you start the car. It's a minor inconvenience oh, but it's still very annoying. Aside from that this is an amazing vehicle.

@@luxdavidnyc3793 I've seen some cars (hondas?) where you can jump a connector somewhere to permanently disable. Might be able to do the same with volvo. Start/stop is such a horrible trend

How tall are you and how do you find dirver's legroom? Is it sufficient? I consider buying s60 t5 or 6, but I've never driven one yet. I heard that for taller men it could be uncomfortable. I mean the fact that you have an extra space behind the dashboard means that you have an edge of the dashboard, unseen in other cars. And this edge could pressure your leg. I don't know if I clarify it enough with my poor English, hopefully, you know what I'm talking about :)

I'm 6'4 and just recently bought a cpo volvo s60 t5 2016. I have more legroom in the s60 than i did in my c30 and i fit in both comfortably. The back seat is a lil cramped unless you get the inscription or the 2019 model.

A quick question, how do your OEM winter floor mats work? My mom’s V60’s mats let the water run under the mat and created a water pool.

papoopa5800 with proper maintenance yes. It’s very important to keep up to date with regular maintenance on European cars as they don’t tend to handle neglect as well as Japanese makes.

Had a engine blowout on the 5 cylinder 2014 S60 T5 CPO at 138K and cost around $5.5K- with no issues before that. Currently have a 2017 S60 T5 AWD Dynamic CPO with 23K miles (still under CPO warranty) that has in two weeks since purchasing had Interior Fan Motor blowout, low battery (perhaps from sitting on the lot for 3 weeks, low miles), and annoying bluetooth skipping periodically reconnecting with low volume on handfree calls. It’s a great car, good engine, and did well in heavy rain, but would hardly call these vehicles reliable, but a joy to drive. Love the styling, and feel of how S60 and V70s drive (5th Volvo to date) but it is costly and would ditch these cars once warranty is up or purchase an extended warranty given how many issues and money I’ve put into these vehicles. The 2017 transmission is a little lacking too... wish they’d have just stuck with 5 cylinders.

I have the same T5 s60 but in the FWD variant. IT IS TERRIBLE. For the price, it doesn't compare to the competition. The steering lacks feel, the transmission is slow and clunky, and the turbo lag is unbearable. The traction control is so aggressive I just turn it off because I have more control. Compared to the BMW 3 series, Mercedes c-class, Audi A4, and the Genesis g70, it doesn't stand a chance. Thats why they sold 12k of these in all of 2017. Pathetic!
