Also consider that the Aston Martin and Chevy programs had been in the GTD in one form or another for years. This is Ford’s first year. That history within the GTD does make a difference.

@@offintheesses Also, do yourself a favor and stop by Curt's Restaurant for breakfast one morning if you're going to be in the area. It's about 6 miles from the track on HWY 53. It's on the same road as the track. I'm not affiliated with them or anything, it's just one of my favorite breakfast restaurants. I've been eating there for 25+ years and I'm only 33 lol

The S’s are great. But the turn 10 complex is probably the best for bumper car action. The kitty litter sees a lot of action. Especially at restarts and when the breaks are old and hot. I’ll be the old guy giving hot wheels to the kids.

Yeah, I miss the days of the ALMS before NASCAR. But, those days did see 5+ full-course yellows with big crashes in a race.

I just checked and unfortunately since sky sports has the rights in NZ that’s the only way for you to watch. The KZbin stream on the IMSA channel will be geo blocked 😔
