Why not use Alizarin Crimson instead of Magenta?

If we have to buy 1 from quinacridone red or quinacridone magenta..which one is better

You really want both. to be able to mix rich oranges and violets......A red leaning toward yellow for true rich orange ...and a red leaning toward blue for rich violet. The other way around your oranges and violets will be a bit dull
