If I understand correctly, there isn’t currently a solution that allows me to provide my clients access only to a CMS without needing to synchronize manually (other than adding a paid editor)? I was hoping to do this with Notion, but unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support automatic synchronization.

By default, I’d let the client host the site on their account so they can control CMS easily. If they need you in the file to make regular changes to the website design and stuff like that, then they should pay for an extra editor. For serious businesses this is small money.

Cool. I think there's a couple things you forgot to tackle in the Notion plugin. It can't display images in the collection view, right? If I have an image property or file property in my Notion DB, it isn't supported in Framer.

As mentioned in the video, these plugins just came out and they’ll be getting updates regularly. So Notion will support more properties, just like Sheets or CMS Export/Import. 🫡

Pro-tip: Notion can do the same formulas as Google Sheets, but it can also fill out fields with AI referring to values and key words in other fields. It almost feels illegal. Almost.

Awh no! I’ve just ran into a problem for me as a photographer. There is a file size limit. I can’t carry on building my website now. Unless I downsize my images a lot. 20mb seems so small. My Hostinger is 200gb. 😢

Your images shouldn't be larger than 1mb. Anything bigger than that will load forever for visitors.
