Lord of Yama is a link 2 and so is Soul of Rage, can you still link off Yama with another monster into Soul of Rage? Wouldn’t that make a link 3?

Yes you can. When performing a link summon using a link monster you can count the link monster as either its link rating, OR 1 monster. Meaning using Yama + 1 monster can result in either a link 3 or a link 2

The best part about this deck is that in testing, holy crap it literally almost NEVER bricks. Like seriously, I must have done like 30+ test hands in a row and every time I had basically the same full 2-card combo. 7 of your monsters + spell/trap is full combo, contract + spell/trap is full combo, Tour guide full combo, like enter the odds into a yugioh calculator and they add up to like 100%. Now that's not really possible, you could brick in theory, but it just barely ever happens. Unchained is great for players who just want to be able to play the game garaunteed. Also the combos are really easy to learn.

@tripledblitz1986 that's just unfortunate luck. Nothing can be done about that. I'd recommend changing sleeves. Sometimes if your sleeves are old the cards can clump together

Usually with sharvara + trap ( or aruha + trap) you want to summon the shyama first. It bluffs more extension, and is better into hand traps when you do have extension. Also there's technically a 4 card combo to play through nib if you do that lmao

You can survive Nibiru, it's just not common. Pak saying Nibiru doing nothing is a stretch, you have to open extremely well to play around it, but the deck can definitely play through it.
