yes, cos they sounds like just fooling around and might take off after she set up those orders. we had people like them before, after placing over $100s order... they hand up, i called them back won't pick up the phone. it takes up at least 15 minutes maybe longer to place their order on the phone. i can't even pick others calls or serve other people in front of me. another case is after we delivery an order over $110s, they cancelled the credit card payment claimed they never ordered. Actually, we're glad because the covid.... we can't keep the business, just too frustrate!!

As a former fast food employee, it doesn't matter how bad a day they've had. If they mess up your order in anyway, you are totally in the right to ask them to fix it. It is NOT okay to yell and scream or berate them for messing up the order. Just be chill and let them know the mistake. They'll grumble and whine, but they'll fix it for you. In this Jack in the Box's case, I would say not to take the worker's attitudes or words personally since they were pepper sprayed. That stuff lingers and they're stuck in the building for six to eight hours or more. >.
