It was his wife who preferred Liverpool, so that's where he went. And it was absolutely the right decision. He is not like other managers who keep changing clubs and loyalties. When he manages a club it's not just a job for him, he gives his everything, all his time, his heart and soul. That's why Mainz (his first club) fans still love him and Dortmund (his 2nd club) fans still love him and he still loves them. Liverpool is only his third club and may well be his last one. After that, maybe he'll go on a sabbatical, then manage the German national team, who knows.
