Great video, one that folks really need to watch. I' m 50, retired a while at 45. 1 have 35% of my capital invstments in an IRA. 25% in index funds, and the balance spread across other investment accts. in cumulative of over $ 5M. I receive income from my rental properties too. Zero debt and all is going accordingly. My financial consultant has been patient and has done a wonderful job for me throughout the years.

living below ones means and investing before retirement especially can be difficult but is necessary, I've made a lot of money mistakes in the past but I don't regret it, as I have learned from them, now I just focus on S&P 500 and waiting for a few years.

yeah that's a good path, focus on a good ETF, relax back and watch it compound within the years. In good time you'll see returns.

Honestly this cannot be overemphasized, helping people mitigate unforseen circumstances and mistakes .It's always good to have a financial plan, who do you work with?

Yeah, indeed, most people downplay the roles of financial planners until burnt by there mistakes. Productivity is optimized and keeping up to date strategies and analysis makes it more lucrative. I've been able to navigate the volatilities and scaled up 880k from 220k with professional guidance.

in my case Chris Ryan Stewart has assisted me in doing that effectively, I'm not an expert so I lack experience in investment strategies, I work and my consultant handles the rest.

Hi, I am 55 years old and my wife is 50, she will have a defined benefit pension in 2038 at her age 65. I was always taught by my parents to save a minimum of 25- 30 % of our income. Combined we earned $125,000 per year. This level of savings that we went through in our younger years worked out really well, I retired at age 45 and my wife will plan to retire at age 55 . We have more than enough in Savings along with pension we’re looking at making more in our retirement years then we make her while we were working full time

I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I bought my 1st home at 21 for 87k sold for 197k, 2nd home 170k and sold for 320k, 3rd 300k and sold for 589k and buyers paid all closing costs expenses etc Not making up to a million before retirement is unfulfilled retirement.!!

You have done great for yourself. I’m trying to get onto the housing ladder at 40. I wish at 55 I will be testifying to similar success!

May I ask which investments are good? I’ve been looking at few different ones but want others’ opinions as well

I started out with a Financial Advisor called *”Janet Santa Sherry”*. Her honest approach gives me complete ownership and control of my positions, and her rates are incredibly affordable given my ROI. However, do your due diligence before contacting a financial advisor..
