You can get immigration agents to help you in your application but they cannot offer you work.

It is not easy to know when to get a sponsor as getting a sponsor is depended on many factors. However, if you don't try then you will not have a chance to get one. You can also use www.seek.com.au/ to search for jobs where employers are willing to sponsor from overseas.
