@@ladytaylor6792 Often people lose their hair growth through taking down their protective style, they rush it or maybe have their nails snagging at their hair. Try focusing on how you take down your style, that's what it was for me. I made sure my hair was wet and moisturised , I took my time, it took me about 2 days but I saw the growth. Also focus on your ends while moistureising the hair in the style. Trust me this all makes a difference

Hey guys Jesus loves you and your here for a reason. Repent by turning to Jesus loves you repent of your sins Sin separate us from God and God wants a relationship with you Him and just accepting Him as your Lord and savior for He is very real and wants you to know Him. Just take that leap of faith by letting Him into your life.💖 this world does not love you but God does people die but God is eternal Jesus is the same today ,yesterday and forever more. ❤️ People may have disappointed you but that was people not Jesus‼️Jesus died on the cross so that you can be free from the bondage of sin we will never be sinless but we can sin less only God is perfect we don’t deserve God we don’t deserve to live but he loves us so much that He gives us so much chances even after we break His heart

Honestly, I think it depends on your hair because I don’t wash my hair I only condition it like once every two months and throughout the process I just put olive oil and coconut oil in my hair!!!! I’m at waist length. My advice is leave your hair alone only do protective styles and don’t use a lot of heat I only use heat once every two months !!!! don’t wash your hair every day or every week! I don’t use combs I only use a wig brush when detangling. oh yeah don’t forget to about the oil before putting it in your hair !!! God said he will be with you in everything that you do so pray about it God will help you!! I never trimmed my hair by the way and it’s healthy and same length I recommend not to trim because if you grow a inch or two then trim it your basically cutting off the inches you just grew !!! (No I’m not mixed I’m black baby)

As long as your alive and healthy and keeping up with a hair care Routine of your own hair type you should be fine I agree with all that you said it takes Dedication and patience on your part if you want the long hair trust the process it may be hard as hell in the beginning but when you see a big difference it’s all worth it!!!!

I haven't been able to get past arm pit length yet regardless how many times i leave it alone, keep it braided, trimmed, washed, etc. I never use heat! My hair stopped growing 6 years ago. I only wear low buns or high puffs. I know I shlouldnt only wear tight hairstyles, but I‘m too scared to go with other hairstyles. I‘m also lighter than lightskins and this is why I‘m scared to wear braids, because I think that other people think that I‘m a white girl with braids. Can you please give me tips how to grow my hair with buns

Don't bw scared to wear braids. People are going to talk regardless. Personally I've never known a natural retaining length with just wearing buns. Not saying it can't be done. A good regimen but braids and twist and protective style will help. Essential oils for hair growth rosemary cedarwood and thyme and peppermint. i do alot of diy. So I've grown my postpartum bald spot by using those Essential oils. Diet plays a role in hair growth and drinking water.

Relaxers doesn't make your hair stop growing! Its how u take care of it and how u maintain the care of your hair! People kills me saying relaxer this relaxer that!!! If u dont retain length its because u need to do something different in ur hair care! Everyone's hair is different to care for! Just as well as u would tend to ur hair while being natural u need to tend to it while relaxed!!! Simple as that!!!

I’ve never once put chemicals in my hair, unless it was standard shampoo and conditioner or moisturizer (which im guessing you don’t mean those products by “chemicals”). My cousin warned me, but years before she did, I saw my mom did a “big chop” on her long hair that was relaxed and it made me scared lol. Those probably contributed as to why I never did, but I also didn’t really like straight hair on me whenever my older sister just straightened it because it was no longer straight once i took a shower or washed it (it didn’t smell good, like wet burnt food afterwards). I thought it made my hair look fluffier or less wild, but I got tired of it and scared of straighteners (my older sister literally burned a piece of my ear off and my whole ear looked burnt for days, but it healed perfectly despite some white spots for a while). So I’ve never put chemicals/relaxed my hair, and it’s been awhile (like 2 years) since I’ve straightened it or added any heat to it, besides the sun. I had long, majestic hair when I was a lil kid, but that all being said, it became slightly shorter and less healthy in my teens to now because I didn’t wanna put in the effort of trimming, deep condition, etc. I thought just putting cream on it and washing it was enough. So retaining length and breakage are my problems now. Now I’m striving to be chest length by 3 months from now, and I’ve been working hard this year to get it that way.

Ideally I wash mine every 2 weeks. While I’m in protective styles I can go about 4-5 weeks. Keep in mind we have to keep our hair moisturized even when we’re in protective styles.

Chaycie DH so it’s been almost a year. I think it’s fine to flat iron your hair once or twice a year, but I’d make sure you’re not using too high of heat. And one pass with the flat iron.

My hair is natural for years. I don’t use any heat. I grow hair very well naturally. My ends needs trimming more now than it did with relaxers. Relaxers never altered my length. So none of this is true.
