Great video and sweet smokehouse. It's awesome to see you promote others as well. Still n the clear is a great group of people helping each other out in the moonshine world. I've learned so much from both them and you sir. Thank you.

The smoked malted corn was amazing. It smelled so good fermenting, we dipped out a wee bit of the mash and used it to make some bread, very nice. But the likker, now that was incredible with the cherry smoke taste. Many thanks to you; I made some awfully smooth and tasty corn.

Do you malt the grain, then put it in your smoke house while it's still wet and soaked from malting to dry it and smoke it at the same time?? Or do you dry it and then smoke it?? Time to butcher hogs is soon here and thought about putting some different malted grains in my buddy's smoke house when he smokes the meat. He uses 3 barrels that he can put different wood in each plumbed to the smoke house. It's amazing meat and should make great malt
