Correction, Gus Edwards is coming off his best season as a pro in 2023. I understand he was a short yard runner, but you can’t overshadow the fact that he scored 13 Tugs and rush for 800.
@knowledgeUprising4 ай бұрын
Gus won some H2H fantasy games last year I agree with you
@SalVetri4 ай бұрын
TDs are good for fantasy - his real life efficiency and broken tackle rate was career low
@knowledgeUprising4 ай бұрын
@SalVetri again this is fantasy he did tremendous with the position he was in I understand the real life stats but if you had him on your team you were getting points no debate of course he didn't break some tackles but he did shoot off like a rocket when he had the chance week 7 and 8, then weeks 15-17 of 2023 he wasn't the best but if he was your flex he got the job done
@SalVetri4 ай бұрын
it’s important to add context to the performance. 1-yard TDs can lead you to believe he was performing well in real life - when he was performing poorly and TDs saved him. That can be a dangerous way to approach the following season if you don’t add context. The season, as a whole, was poor production per touch.

If you got into IDP then I’d swear I’d buy your rankings so fast and donate you have no idea lmao. But keep up the amazing work! 🦅🏆

I guess he's looking at the 4.1ypc, he's never been under 5. Also 3 fumbles is the highest of his career. But, still arguably his best year with all those Td

I agree with all these except Ty Chandler. I don’t see a world where he becomes fantasy relevant. I would have added Zamir White to this list instead (but I think the cat is out of the bag with Zamir). Good video overall. Chase Brown is so good. Moss has one year where he’s ever been fantasy relevant and stayed healthy. I think the Bengals really like Brown and he’ll end the year as a top 18-22 RB overall (in .5 to 1 ppr)

I agree, unless Jones gets hurt.

This video is the blueprint for the Zero-RB Strategy, which I'm doing this season for a couple teams. Perfect year to do so, because not only are there more elite WRs than previous years, but there are a ton of sleeper RBs that are going to be reckless in 2024...especially some of the rookie RBs. Trey Benson will most likely take over as the RB1 in Arizona by week 4 or 5. Maybe even sooner. James Conner is solid, and is one of my favorite current NFL players, but he's getting older and isn't really the stud RB that he was 3 years ago. Of course, I couls be wrong, but I believe Arizona has big plans for Benson, and they start immediately. Jonathon Brooks has almost no competition to be the RB1 in Carolina, with Chuba Hubbard and Miles Sanders, and while it will probably be a committee, Brooks should get the majority of carries including most of the goal line carries. Blake Corrum is a good RB to have on your bench. He's not taking over the RB1 role unless Kyren Williams is a flat out bust this year, or he gets injured and has to miss significant time. If either of those 2 things happen I think people will be surprised at how explosive Blake Corrum really is. I disagree completely on Brian Robinson for a few reasons. One is obvious, he's just not all that great. He's a decent RB, but he's not amazing and not explosive at all. Another reason is because of Jayden Daniels. If he's decent in the NFL he's going to be a big time rusher, mich like Lamar Jackson, and he will be hijacking most of the goal line rushes. Finally, the obvious reason is Austin Ekeler. Regardless how old he is or how bad he was last season, he's going to make a big impact in Washington and imo he's going to do well. I believe without a doubt he will be the full-time RB1 with close to 20 touches per game. Even if Robinson was the RB1 I dont think he would be consistent at all. He might be a decent fill-in if your starters are injured, but he won't be winning anyone any championships. Jahmyr Gibbs is going to be a top 3 RB this year, and Montgomery will regress big time. He's a great RB, but with Gibbs as the RB1 I dont think he's worth having on any team barring injury to Gibbs.

Harbaugh likes to pound the football. And he grabbed Gus Edwards and JK Dobbins from his brother's team in Baltimore. Do you really think he will trust some rookie over them?

Gus is like Zeke. He will share the rock, but he is money at the goal line. So, in a dynasty league, he is much more valuable than in PPR. The rookie will probably get most of the rb receptions. Forget JK. He's done.

@aronherbert59164 ай бұрын
@jasonplageman742 I'll still take my chances with Singletary. Toast normally doesn't go back to being fresh bread. Elliot is going to need 12 or more Td's to even break the top 30. If he has less than 8, he's a mid rb 4. Singletary is in for 250 touches. I'll take the volume
