Hey Pat, the one I like the best is "Find one thing you can do to alleviate your pain". This one resonated with me the most because once in a while, I need to deal with some emotions//feelings, and I usually find a way to alleviate my pain; I pay attention to what my body is telling me and be able to alleviate my own pain is such a grateful thing to be proud of. See what happened?!?! 🥰 (Someone is giving herself some credit uiiii🤗)
