@@SAASWithServiceNow How do you get the ticket form page to appear from the portal after the incident is submitting via atf so that you can record the incident number created by the record producer for the record Query? In other words, I know how to apply Record Query. But, I cant get the incident # that was created by Record Producer to appear so that I can run a record query.
