I've done these guy things lol! when a guy starts acting up I get annoyed and shut down emotionally. everything is forced and the sight of him irritates me. I usually just "fade away" I know guys move on quick.especially with social media. however I don't use guys to validate me. I see other chics latch on for dear life. then they get cheated on .then stalk😐

Hey Alex, here is my predicament.. I met this guy, it was fireworks in the beginning and i can admit that my anxiety may have pushed him away because i could feel it, and then one week i didnt get a call or text from him, when we crossed paths he didnt say anything about it and neither did i ...initially lol ...so i called him later that day to ask hin if he is still interested..he thought that my actions were as if i was entitled to a phone called which he thought otherwise ...so from then things went downhill we went ftom meaningful dating to "friends with benefits" so i put him on the 30 day no contact and reappeared ...he said he missed me (my laugh and the sex😕) and immediately tried to set up a date, so we did for a future date ...not sure if he would want to continue from where we left off (sex buddies) which is completely a no no for me at this point ..or he might want to start all over...how should i approach?

We text wildly when we connect (not sexting) just sharing but lots of innuendo. Then he backs off a week or so. He's self-employed and hella busy. We never dated - I was his paying student until last year - but at same events I left early and he wasn't happy. We both have past issues. Other men like me but I can't move forward with any. I've thought of blocking him on FB so I don't have to see him anymore. It's complicated and been going on nearly two years. It's intense and I know we feel each other. We're both past our prime so most of the advice seems directed to younger people. I just work hard and try to remain as disconnected as possible. When he writes me I want him so bad I could die --- never felt this way about any man. Being old school I never tell him. Maybe I should and get it over with.
