I see no reason to make my own comment, but I did keep track and double check. You had 2 mistakes. 1) Stan Lee has 9 Def EVs. You added Koffing to the list but didn't include it in the total (lvl 12). 2) Mr.Soul's SA IV is 15 not 25. Also, we now know for sure all of Orange's stats are below average.

This is what I love most about this challenge, seeing them all get their own unique moves as they all find their niche strategy. It gives them personality and I love it, seeing them all do their part to take down a Grimer or a Magnemite is so cool. The last crew of 6 are legends in their own right and I can't wait to see this little rag-tag team take down Giovanni! Also please take these 6 all the way to defeating Mewtwo. He can be like their Red.

I know they likely didn't think this deep about it, but evolutionarily speaking, it would be advantageous of the Caterpie line to 1) become immune to the Weedle line's primary tool of attack 2) develop a counter attack mechanism like using a psychic type move like confusion

Everyone talks down on Jiggles, but she's a beast Smeargle or no Smeargle 32:30 Gyarados is pretty good as an HM slave, takes care of surf and strength If Smeargle uses metal sound by banging pots and pans, they use thundershock by rubbing a balloon on their head to build up static

Unfortunately, these gen 3 smeargles wont be able to hold a candle to gen 2 smeargles, as with the amount of training he did he had high STAT EXP. Even if he gave the new smeargle the same Iv's the gen three versions would average about 30-40 points less in each stat by the time they reached the 80's, because EVs just create worse stats than STAT EXP (though they are a lot better for competetive) which is a problem, because that's 1/3 to 1/2 of his gen 2 stats.

Yeah, this is going to be a problem going forward. In gen 2 stat exp meant he would have like a good +10 at least to all base stats on orange, but evs give him like a +1-2 on 2-3 stats. Also there isnt much attack and sp. Attack in early kanto.
