It's so frustrating to see the amount of time these little entitled girls waste. Especially when there are real situations and people truly need assistance from these officers. There should be strong fines and consequences for these behaviors. Charges should not be dropped in these situations simply d/t they learn nothing. Unfortunately, I feel their parents are just as horrified as the rest of us, witnessing their disrespect and childish behaviors.

@@arkangel0940 Exactly! At least they USED TO let them carry on for further evidence for prosecution, but now since 5he courts drop every charge…these people never learn ANYTHING. EVER. Then continue the same behavior, continue receiving zero repercussions, and their behavior only escalates over time. Then the system wonders why we have so much escalated crime. Hmmm…I wonder!! Not to mention, these officers have to then go out day in and day out dealing with these same lunatics knowing none of their work matters. Because they even know all their cases will be dropped. So ridiculous. And that’s also why the US is full of these entitled, lazy, crazy brats (of all ages!). Our system is a joke at this point. And the world knows it. And they all sit back at laugh at us as a society. I don’t even blame them. But yeah, seeing as though this is the system the cops are stuck with…only a couple very clear warnings, then let the cuffs come out and arrest these fools! 21:00 - This is heartbreaking! It's really hard to watch, especially because neither the cop nor the narrator knows why Deja's behaving this way, but I do. This is a traumatized 5-year-old child in an 18-year-old body. She's scared. She's reliving the trauma of being removed from her parent by DCFS, or perhaps moving from one foster placement to another where she knows nobody. It's terrifying for kids to be taken away & placed in a strange home without a trusted person around. That's what she's been going through internally the whole time. That's why she didn't want to get out of Alicia's car, because Alicia can't help her now that she's 18. She doesn't know how to take care of herself, and it's not her fault. She feels abandoned, and that terrifies her. She's been abandoned over & over throughout her childhood, so this is reopening the wound all over again, and it wasn't healed yet to begin with. She needs to be comforted & reassured that it will be okay, just as you'd do for a real 5-year-old. 😢

She didn't want to do any of the things that are necessary when you age out of the system. She didn't want to get a job, she didn't want to take any of the financial classes, she didn't do anything but try to shack up with some dude that wasn't going to put up with her crap either. He freaking handled that wrong. He did what cops always do - fight for power. He just needed to back the eff up like she wanted him to...she needed to feel like she had some control and agency in that moment because she was terrified with nowhere to go. If she's 18 the best thing is for her to get a damn job if she doesn't have family .. Sounds harsh but I had to start working after school when I was 13 and at 18 I was required to have a full time job ... Sure never acted like that and just did what I had to .... This is still the easiest time to live if your not living and sure a lot better then previouse centuries when you were lucky to have running water ,food and a place to work and earn money to put a room over your head .. Sooner or later everyone needs to grow up and act like a civilized human being ...

When you’re a foster kid, you learn that you have to be emotionless and defiant bc you can’t be vulnerable. Being vulnerable puts you at risk for so many horrible things. It’s very hard to become emotionally mature and in control of yourself. It takes a lot of effort to make sense of adulthood when you’ve never been shown how.
