Very logical and helps us all look at a particular issue in a different light. It is ludicrous to have someone say, your shoulder is hurting because of your foot but, so is telling a skilled fisherman to throw the net on the other side of the boat! Thanks!

This was brilliant. As a footballer(soccer player), my hips were unreasonably tight. Every physio I went to said I had the tightest hips they ever saw. I ended up tearing my meniscus, injuring my pelvic floor and (tailbone) as well in an attempt to gain mobility on my own. Now I'm actually getting the program I need for my hips to be mobile, and all the other pains are already correcting themselves. I believe this video will help me organize my workouts more effectively than ever before.

Very interesting concept… Im confused how some joints were identified as mobile vs stabile though; I would think the knees and elbows are highly mobile joints, no?
