They should have allowed the 100% charge to carry over into each next fight...start with 50 charges when he has a class advantaged and even restart the 100 charges after sp3.

I've always liked the idea of his medium inflicting shock. Also reaching 100 battery he gets true strike.

They needed to triple his attack with overdrive and let it last twice as long. Also should have given him a strong incinerate and power drain with SP2

Tbh I really enjoy him. Hate his damage output but he has some really nice utility. Heal block, power drain before Sp3, Stun, Heal Block, Armor Break

There's also a small Synergy with IMIW that gives him a little bit more Utility, reduces the chance for Enemies to Evade Basic Attacks.

I really hope his tune up is VERY good. cuz I got him as a 6 star. An ebony maw-tier “buff” will be the biggest possible disappointment. basically every single tune up they’ve done so far has been extremely disappointing, apart from torch. like if they don’t plan to rework/update champions, they better actually be tuning these champions up a lot.

It would be good if his attack increases with battery charges and when in overdrive mode he becomes stun immune and his attack rating resets while his secondary difficulties doesn't depend on battery....it's fair isn't it?

Yeah, other mechanics he should get is: - When battery charge reaches 100 or when using a SP1 while in Overcharge mode, the battery is paused for certain amount of seconds. A similar ability Human Torch has with his temperature, which would allow his attack increase & power gain reduction to last longer.

As a hypothetical rotation, what if you bring the battery to 100, then chain stun with a heavy attack to bring the battery to zero, and then repeat? Are there matchups in the game where this method is the best choice? Are there any synergies in the game currently that would make this strategy more viable?

With punisher 2099 you can use heavy which inflicts stun, then 5 hit combo ;)

@@colecastleman5065 I tried it out since then. You'll get in overdrive quickly. And when played right you can 4 hit and intercept all day in the corner. Problem is even in overdrive he hits like a wet noodle

I agree 100% with the buff ideas. But you didnt talk about his dot degeneration on the sp3 and how it does good damage when battery is at 100% and in overdrive mode.

They could have made him so much better by changing some numbers. Let his attack increase by 2% for each battery percentage after overdrive and make overdrive last much longer by draining 1 point every .7 seconds.

At 70 battery start to copy power to 99% lvl . Then at 100 battery use Sp2 + Sp1 = profit ( i called it Sp 2.5)
