I feel like MD paper is super underrated. If i journaled a lot every day I would use that in an A5. The paper dries faster than Tomoe River and still shows decent shading and sheen, although not as good as tomoe. It also doesn't have much bleed through and hardly any ghosting. But like I said for journaling when you need it to dry quicker it's awesome. I'm sure the sticky notes are just as good.

I love MD and Suatelier sticky notes for my planner - so valuable for little notes and lists. But I’ve never tried the Coffret film stickers, and watching the video I realize how great these would be for page markers. The film would be so much more durable than other paper-type flags. Off to add some to my shopping cart! Thanks so much, Daisy - great video.

Thanks for the explanation Daisy! Post-it-brand notes have been the gold standard for such a long time now that we really know what to expect with them. On the other hand I have bought really cute sticky notes from independent artists using their own designs, and have sometimes found them difficult to pull apart but not very sticky. So it's tough to branch out without the recommendations!

Wow! Great topic and recommendations. Will definitely go with the more adhesive ones! (I sometimes cut out some of the designs on other ones and use glue to hold them down)

The Cofret little ones seemed perfect to bookmark pages! I use the regular small rectangular ones, but they cover the words, so I always end up tearing them into two and getting rid of the non sticky side to make smaller stickies that won't cover the words. Thanks for sharing!

Always bought the ubiquitous Post It notes,which I personally don’t rate highly they curl way too easily,impressed with staology and Midori in you’re review

I love cute sticky notes but I really only use them at work where we use post it super sticky. I need the stickiness of stalogy with the cuteness of furukawa.

I really liked those tabs called coffert. I would love to see more on page flags and other realated sticky note technology but which are for something other than making lists. Thanks. Also I hope you do several holiday gift tag/wrapping/stocking stuffing/stickers once SF is successfully behind you

I tend to use stick notes mostly as a space for me to test pens if they’re acting up or anything 😂 so it’s all just horrid scribbles. And for that reason, I do gravitate towards md stuff. Like sure it’s literally for chicken scratch, but I still want that one sheet to hold a lot of ink
