I need to challenge my limiting beliefs. Main khud hi apni growth me rukawat ban jati hu aksar ye sochke ki pta nhi main kar bhi paungi ya nahi, ye mujhse hoga ya nahi, nhi kr payi to uss situation ko face kese karungi, log kya kahenge, sb mjak udayenge etc etc. Dimag me khud hi se overthink karke situations imagine krne lagti hu or isi trh main life me kai chances ko gawa deti hu..tbhi mere jese log infact jo mujhse bhi km knowledge rkhte hain vo bhi aage nikal rahe hain or main whi ki whi hu😞 Thank you so much for ur guidance ma'am..i will definitely work on myself.
