1) Post pandemic era really feels like everyone is simply exhausted and they need to cater to some formulaes or algorithms, creativity is on a long vacation , feels like its a response to the massive hate and outrage people gave to the entertainment industry in lockdown overall so people are playing safe i guess

That’s true. Nobody is willing to take any risks because of the outrage and backlash that the entertainment industry got in 2020, firstly, and secondly audience just simply want formulas and not content.
