Q&A how is your rest heart rate during the night, do you keep track of it at all ? "rule" is; if it is 8 to 10 beats higher compared to your "normal"rest heart rate at night you shouldn't ride..and rest.. You will notice that on high intensety your heart rate doesn't go up and into zone 5 (max effort) .

good video and no akward talking style for camera but one thing i'd improve is to keep the music same audio level as other parts so its not so loud compared to other parts of video

you'll be putting too much strain on your body doing HIIT for 6 days running. I would have split the days up with a rest day.

Before doing this experiment I would 100% agree with you. But this block of training has left me wondering what is possible regards to training
