It's not just B-12 (also depends if you are taking methylated which makes the difference of it healing the body or not) but also B-6 and B-1 are neurotropic B vitamins that are involved in nerve regeneration. You are trying to help people but the information has to be more specific. The active or coenzyme form of vitamin B-6 is pyridoxal-5-phosphate or P5P.

@emilymay76132 ай бұрын
Take magnesium gylicinate, the most absorbable form. 400mg a day for maintenance and 800mg to start off for therapeutic effects. I would do about 800mg a day for at least a month before tapering down to about 400mg. Take at night with a daily dose of vitamin D. See if that helps 😊 Make sure to get a reputable brand, like Pure Encapsulations. Youu can try continuing tapering down if you achieve the results you’re looking for since taking such high doses is expensive.

Calf cramps are usually potassium deficiency but most everyone is low on magnesium too. I realized I was super deficient because I have idiopathic upper back pain and tightness and weekly hand cramps random muscle twitches in thigh or shoulder and occassional eye lid twitches. Mainly caused by alcohol and caffeine for me I think but remedied by trace minerals and magnesium glycinate befire bed. Also sleep much better. The glycinate pairs well with vit d btw.
