about a week ago I had no insurance while driving. Some geico insured driver hit me while I was turning left on a light that was green then turned red so I had the right of way. She crossed a red light and hit me but I dont have any evidence to prove this. She is saying She had a yellow light and she has no evidence to prove and now geico is saying it's my fault since I had a yield on green sighn.

My accident happened in June, it’s now October almost. Nothing. And I’m still paying for a car I’m not driving and i don’t have the title anymore either. The state doesn’t do anything either. There’s a law but the goverment doesn’t enforce anything.

Hello this is Noah, I've been in a head on collision we're the other car went into my lane and hit me head on i broke my left leg and left arm I have plates in my arm and a metal rod in my leg I've already filed the police report I was driving my parents car I live with them and I'm 21 the other person insurance was Geico and he had liability insurance they said they will only send me 25k and they said they might send it to the hospital instead of me. So what I'm say is I got hit and now I got no money and now I have bills and they might not even at least send the little 25k to me instead send it to the hospital I'm very lost please help

False. Claims are resolved before police reports come in more than 90% of the time. Insurance companies want to settle quickly and not have things hanging around for months. The volume is so large for auto accident claims that they need to move things along and resolve. How would you feel as the insured if your policy pays out all allegations without a proper investigation? The insured has rights as well so they need to be notified and confirm that an accident took place. If you don’t work in the insurance industry stop giving people false information and causing more anger unnecessarily just to earn a buck. This is all about getting more clients for yourself.

geico im done no more offices in california the fact that they dont do claims you call they go nope sorry they may be cheaper but twice diffrent members of family got denied so im done
