So health regen V would take 8 minutes to heal the damage a mastered kaioken does? Meaning 5 of them still takes 1 minute 36 seconds to heal one second of kaioken? The difference is so small it's not worth the zeni to equip it, much less the equip slot it takes

You can't get legendary frags from card game anymore it was nerfed to epic max and no gp
