Fat is flavah! I eat this way and my brain works so much better! Years ago I would often say "I'm experiencing stupid"... Today I surprise myself at how clear and sharp I am. I'll never go back to that! Thank you Dr. Osbourn for educating me along my journey to better health.

I was thinking the same: “Adult onset”. But as much as we’re now seeing T2D early in life, I suspect we’re also now seeing T1D later. Even if the autoimmune reaction that performs friendly fire on the pancreas can be held at bay for decades, it still seems plausible to succumb at any age. Especially if dramatic changes occur to the dietary or medication environment. Grains affect a significant portion of the population in a toxic manner with parallels to tobacco. Both should carry an explicit health warning. That’s never going to happen while Big Cereal have their way.
