Give the dog a lick of kero syrup or log cabin syrup. I once had gotten a small puppy and had to give the dog a lick of the syrup. It helped it's sugar index. The dog perked up.

I am interested in a male puppy. I have a male Jack-huahua that really needs a friend to play with. My friend had one she brought over everyday for mine to play with,but she got run over. My dog, Boomer, is so sad acting all the time. I would just like to get one to fill this void he has. I don't have alot of money to buy one, but would love to adopt one. I recently was told my cancer was gone, and probably wouldn't have made it thru it, if it wasn't for the love my dog gave me everyday. I just want to see my Boomer be as happy as he was when his friend, Angel, was around. its the best way to housetrain them, and they are safe and cant get up to mischeif when you leave the room. i bought 2 puppies and have them in a pen. they chew electric wires and all sorts when there puppies, so much safer for the pups
