Do you think you could explain a bit more about bottom surgery for a F -> M? I think I know how a M -> F bottom surgery would work, but I have no clue how it would work the other way around. So if you could explain how, it would be very appreciated! :) Your top surgery looks great btw! :)

I know I'm not Alex, but I can help explain. There are two main types of bottom surgeries for FTMs, phalloplasty and metoidioplasty. Phallo uses a flap of skin from elsewhere on the body (most commonly the forearm or thigh) to construct a phallus. This often involves lengthenening the urethra in order to urinate. Erections are usually achieved through a bendable internal rod or pump device. This results in a more cis-appearing penis. Meta uses the existing clitoris (that will have likely grown from testosterone) to create a micropenis. This too often involves urethral lengthening. Erections, if I'm correct, can be achieved through the natural blood engorgement of the clitoris. It is not as close to a cis penis and will generally be quite a bit smaller. Surgery techniques vary from surgeon to surgeon, so it's best to do your research about the differing trans surgeons nearest to you. I hope this helped. :)

In bottom surgery they take a section of your skin, either inner arm or thigh and basically roll it into a tube and then make it aesthetically pleasing. That's the short and narrow of it.
