For the most part yes. I will still be getting some upgrades on that list but besides from infernal cape I have completed basically everything on the list except big uniques from all raid types. I could go for that in the future after infernal cape but right now I prefer to spend the time on different projects and the chunk account as it's very hard and risky to do raids like TOA on a hc while also multi logging. On top of that items like a t bow are really rng based and can take months
