Great product. Just got mine today and cant wait to install it first thing tomorrow morning. I cant believe people pay over $300 for brand name awnings that are exactly the same as this one.

Well the name brand ones are built 10x better to be honest. But these are great awnings, I own 3 now.

I've got experience with the SunSeeker and the ARB awnings. The design is similar -- but the stitching, fabric thickness, rigidity.. is significantly better on the name brands. That said, for a small width awning like this one - I don't think there are any other options and if there were, it'd be a waste of money.

Good Stuff! I bought the one from your last review and had a question, i noticed the "locks" for each telescopic arm/leg is nothing but a rubber sleeve. How on earth do these things work? I can't seem to get mine to lock and it constantly collapses. Love your videos!

You twist the pole either clock or counter clock wise and it stiffens up the pole. Mine work great.

I finally got one, and I swapped out the Arms for the ARB arms. But I am very pleased with what I got for the money. I plan to swap out the Legs for ARB legs as well. They are slightly stronger, and at $10 each, it isnt a very expensive upgrade.

I would have never considered this product if you hadnt done the previous video. That other vid gave me the confidence that I could make this Awning work and make it stronger for my needs. There are a few benefits. Might be too long to explain here. But I ordered the replacement Arms for the ARB 2500 (I have the 6'6"X 8'2" version). The ARB arms are about 3 inches longer when retracted, but they still work. The ARB arms do not have the threaded post at the end, just a rod with a hole it in for a clip. The ARB arms also have a plastic connector, not a metal one like the one you show here. I figured a plastic joint would break before it ruined the frame of the awning.

I also sprayed it down with a sealant I got from Walmart and lat it dry overnight. I always treat m camping gear and I thought it wouldnt hurt to add an extra layer of protection.

I'll have to keep that in mind if mine starts to fall apart. At least ARM makes quality parts and they are cheap/interchangeable.

My friend had this awning. After 3 times out it is broken. I wouldn't recommend it.

Maybe, but he has this exact one. Same zippers, threaded ends, poles and material. His broke at the weak spot you point out at 2:00.
